​The seminar was held in Vientiane, Laos from 25 to 27 September 2013 , with the participation of 22 members from India, Cambodia, Kyrgyz, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Uzbekistan, Myanmar, Nepal, and Vietnam. The participants shared experience on gender integration, and assessment tools for gender integration and gender equity.

The Seminar on Information & Communication Management was held in Vientianne, Laos for more than 20 information-communications officials in adult education organizations in several Southeast Asia countries (Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam, Myanmar, Nepal, India, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan).
